“The BLEACHED Collection” is inspired by “White on White”, an art painted by Russian artist in 1918. The colors used in the collection are white and different shades of white. Color white used in the collection has nothing link to purity or innocence but more cruelty and guilt from industrialization and global warming. It is from the melting icebergs (3D printed outsole) , bleaching coral reefs (upper shape) and the dying polar bears (recycled eco-fur).

Bio
Will Huang is an interdisciplinary designer driven by the passion to make functional, intuitive and aesthetic products that will make life easier, meaningful and beautiful.

His background in Accessory and Industrial Design allows him to combine multiple skills into creating better solutions. He enjoys every bit of the design process, as he describes himself as a designer and a maker.

He will complete his BFA in Accessory Design (minors in Industrial and Package Design) from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in May 2022.
