I have always been fascinated with the Arabian Peninsula and the great depth of their history. My last vacation before Covid lockdown was a week trip to Abu Dhabi. The dark stary skies in that part of the world are outstanding. The ancient beauty of the landscape and the people are breathtaking, I am inspired by their architecture and culture. I was in the London Library where they have a large display of ancient religious books with hand painted scrolls and texts which are fascinating to look at! The smallest of details that were painted 100s-1000s of years ago. We have so much more to learn.
