Project initiated as part of the “Nottingham China Health Institute”.Soft objects in and around our homes to provide caring and personalized healthcare solutions.
A challenge for such technologies is user-acceptance due to the fit of these products in daily life and aesthetics, an area in which design can play an important role.Two parts will be developed during the project: a pressure-sensitive pair of footwear and the UI design for the health monitoring.
