Exploratory Footwear Forms seeks to transform the purpose of used and pre-loved materials to become more functional in a second life. As a critique of consumer and waste culture, this work serves as a catalyst for sparking larger conversations about strengthening the value that we have for the materials and objects around us. Unconventional materials for footwear are leveraged to highlight innovative applications in footwear and the need to merge creativity and sustainability within the accessory industry.
