The boots and slip-on shoes in this collection were constructed using plastic textiles, which were created by upcycling single-use plastic trash bags and turning them into sheets of textiles .
Our goal is to upcycle plastic trash into a useful and beautiful product, which we believe will have a positive societal impact. We are reusing garbage to discover a long-term, sustainable solution to society's solid waste management problem without having to produce new materials, while also providing many women and weaving communities with a means of subsistence.
