The project is a depiction of the layers in our body that serve as the defense mechanisms of the soul. It raises questions about softness versus stiffness and, how one might surrender to one’s inner self. I used the lily as a recurring motif that symbolizes modesty, devotion, and purity. I chose to surrender to it and release my control by stamping it as a seal, by using innovative 2D and 3D technologies and constantly moving between these worlds.
