"INTO THE WILD" was the creative direction for this season’s Kinetic Breakthru, re-imagining Sorel's iconic sneaker as an avant-garde lifestyle sneaker. The goal was to blend Sorel’s outdoor heritage with city-focused design. I integrated Sorel's signature "scalloped traction" for functionality, pair with a chunkier midsole inspired by vintage Sorel boots. The upper features nylon webbings for lightweight lockdown, with a wild card movement pattern for a unique aesthetic. The design modernizes outdoor elements, offering a softer, more comfortable, and flexible sneaker ideal for urban consumers
